    I am a consultant, author, and speaker in fields of Web Analytics and User Experience. I’ve managed web analytics, user experience, & strategy teams at both the national and regional level for several of the top digital agencies and consulting firms in the United States. My clients include various U.S. Government agencies and some of the largest Automotive, Financial Services, Media, Technology, Mobile, & CPG companies in the world.

    I’m is the co-author of “Search Analytics: Conversations with Your Customers”, due spring 2010, which is the first book of its kind to combine qualitative & quantitative data analysis to improve the relevancy of enterprise search engine results.

    I’m a frequent speaker at various industry conferences and organizations including eMetrics and U.P.A. in the U.S., Canda, and Europe and I’m also a member of the Web Analytics Association.
